Brian has over 19 years of experience training athletes in North Alabama. He is recognized as a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brian served as the UAH Men's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach from 2010-2013, served as the Grissom High Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coach from 2007-2014, and again in 2017. Brian was the Strength & Conditioning Consultant for Hoover High Baseball from 2015-2016, and has served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Grissom High Basketball from 2017-2018.

Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Jared is a Huntsville native, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a passion for working with athletes. Since his time as quarterback at Grissom, he has been intrigued with the types of training techniques and philosophies for improving athletic performance. He attended Auburn University, became a personal trainer, and worked with the Men's Basketball team in the strength & conditioning department. Jared went on to USA to receive his DPT, and works at Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapy as well. Most recently, he has become a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified professional, and is equipped to assess the movement patterns, faults, and restrictions that could be impeding your golf swing.
Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Tim has a BA in Biblical Studies (Theology), with an emphasis in youth counseling from Heritage Bible College. He has extensive experience coaching young athletes, beginning in 2000, when he coached at Diamond Play Training. Since then, he has coached baseball, softball, and soccer in Madison and Morgan County for 12 years. He has officiated Youth Soccer in Morgan County for 6 years, and has been a Gymnastics coach at the Matrix Gym for over 4 years.
Pitching & Hitting Instructor
Baseball has been an integral part of Dylan's life for the last 20 years. He pitched at the University of Kentucky, where he holds the 3rd best winning percentage in school history (71%).
Dylan has played in collegiate baseball leagues, such as Perfect Game, Cape Cod, and the Northwoods League. He has also participated in instructing youth camps all over the Eastern U.S,; everywhere from Alabama to New York.
Post-college, Dylan has continued with his love for the game by coaching his son's baseball teams and though private lessons, both pitching and hitting.
He is married to Erin, and they have 2 children - Sully and Everly, and a golden retriever, Tucker.

Josh was drafted by the New York Mets out of high school in 2006. He went on to have a 10-year professional career, which included stints in MLB with the Mets (2011), Brewers (2012), and Orioles (2013-14). Since retiring from baseball, Josh has remained influential in the game by sharing his experience with the next generation of young baseball players through his instruction.

John played 4 years of varsity baseball in high school, and was All-League for Bergen Co., NJ. He played Division 1 baseball for Fairfield University from 1983-1985.
John has coached competitive baseball since 2009, and took a Huntsville team to the National Championship Tournament in 2012. He has studied baseball at numerous HS, college, and pro clinics including Xan Barksdale's Catcher Con and Dead Red Hitting's pro session in Chicago, IL. He enjoys working with all aspects of baseball, but is especially adept at coaching catchers, outfielders, and youth hitters ages 8-14. He has worked with over 100 players in this age group over the past 7 years, and has learned to adapt the best drills for individual players, as no two players learn the same way. He would love to share the knowledge he has gained over 30 years of playing and studying baseball with your athlete

Hockey Skills & Instruction
Jared has over 15 years of experience training and coaching athletes with a wide range of skill sets. Growing up in Alabama, and son to Doug Ross, former D1 collegiate coach at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Jared has deep ties to the hockey community of Huntsville. He not only trained in Huntsville his entire career, he played D1 hockey at UAH and in 2005 he began his 11-year professional career in the American Hockey League. After 3 seasons in the minors, Jared became the first player from Alabama to play in the NHL for the Philadelphia Flyers. After ending his career in Germany in 2016, he returned to the area, dedicated to improve the development of athletes individual skills. Ross focuses on off-ice hockey specific training; including shooting, passing, stick handling, weight/plyometric training, and more.
